Email and inbox data

When the product is connected to an inbox, Email Gatekeeper processes email content and metadata only to apply your rules and provide the service.

We do not train general AI models on your email data, and we do not sell your email content. Access is intended to be read-only at launch unless a future feature clearly requires additional permissions and you explicitly approve them.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, waitlist, infrastructure, analytics, authentication, or communications, subject to contractual and operational safeguards.

If you connect Gmail or Outlook in the product, you can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
