These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Email Gatekeeper website, waitlist, and related services provided by Techshot.ai. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must use the service only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate business or personal email-management purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding access to any connected accounts.

Early access status

Email Gatekeeper is currently in pre-launch and early access. Features may change, be delayed, or be discontinued. Waitlist access does not guarantee availability, launch timing, pricing, or feature parity.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, infrastructure, or security.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Use the service to process inboxes you are not authorized to control.

Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party providers such as Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare, hosting providers, analytics providers, and email delivery or contact platforms. Your use of connected services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

No warranty

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techshot.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techshot.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.

Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
